| Expected Outcome | 1. Pre-Residency Briefing Session (Online Meeting): 1 Session Selected artists are required to attend the pre-residency briefing session, during which matters related to the residency will be explained before the residency begins. 2. Orientation and Meet-and-Greet: 1 Session Artists will participate in a guided tour and meet-and-greet organized by the local team in the residency area during the first week of the residency. Artists will also introduce themselves, allowing the resident artists to gain a deeper understanding of local characteristics and the surrounding environment, as well as obtain local information. At the same time, this will allow local residents to learn about the artists’ creative practices and areas of expertise. 3. Educational Outreach Activity: 1 Session This activity may be combined with the final presentation. At least one educational course must be held in the residency area or at a school, in forms such as a workshop or cultural experience education activity. The activity may also be planned in combination with a guided tour for the final presentation. The resident artist will serve as the instructor and design the course based on their own professional creative field, guiding participants to experience the techniques and forms of different artistic media and inspiring public interest in artistic creation. The activity schedule must be determined in coordination with the local support team. 4. Public Final Presentation / Exhibition / Performance: 1 Session During the final week of the residency, artists must hold one public final presentation, exhibition, or performance. If it is a static exhibition, it must be held for at least seven days. The purpose is to allow local residents to understand the artist’s creative process and view the complete presentation of the artwork. The final presentation may feature phased or experimental outcomes from the residency. The format and presentation method may be planned by the artist; however, one public guided tour for the exhibition or performance must also be held. Works on display may not be publicly sold during the exhibition period. The works presented and documentation of the final presentation must be authorized for use by the Center. 5.
