Next to the Hobe Fort in Tamsui town, an old golf course guest house has been renovated into a brand new international artist in residency since 2013. After Culture Affairs Department in New Taipei City takes over this unique building, it is affiliated with Tamsui Historical Museum to diverse the educational functions of the museum.
