In the preliminary review stage, the organizer will first conduct an eligibility and document completeness check. Applications that do not meet the requirements or have incomplete submission materials will not proceed to the next stage. Applicants who pass this initial screening will then be reviewed in writing by a selection committee composed of experts and scholars appointed by the Foundation. The preliminary review results will be announced on the Foundation’s website, and shortlisted applicants will also be notified individually by email. In the final review stage, further evaluation will be conducted at a designated venue on a date to be announced. Experts and scholars appointed by the Foundation will carry out the review, and applicants who pass the preliminary review will be invited to attend an interview. The final selection results are scheduled to be announced on April 19, 2026 on the Foundation’s website, with individual written notifications also sent to applicants. If necessary, the announcement may be postponed accordingly. The scoring method adopts an overall rating system, which will serve as the basis for ranking selected and waitlisted applicants. The evaluation criteria are as follows: .30%: Relevant domestic and international exhibition experience, artistic presentations, and competition achievements .40%: Effectiveness and appropriateness of the residency creation plan and the proposed use of the studio space .30%: Effectiveness and appropriateness of the feedback plan |
