The uncertainty of the global pandemic has also brought new changes to the art industry, and the values and definition of Art Residencies are also being reshaped. The content for this annual meeting has four subthemes, "Art Residencies in the Future", "Archiving and Regeneration of Art Space", "Magnetic Fields of Communication - Artist Residency and Local Connection", and "Organization Management Strategies under the Pandemic". The rapid changes in the post-pandemic art industry have spawned new solutions for art workers and institutions. In addition, people have explored the positive strategies that the art industry can take and the possible approaches for art to enter contemporary society and achieve cultural penetration and influence after the pandemic.
