Women’s Studio Workshop (WSW) was founded and run by four women artists. Their mission is to operate and maintain an artists’ workspace that encourages the voice and vision of individual women artists, to provide professional opportunities and employment to artists at all stages of their careers, and to promote programs designed to stimulate public involvement, awareness and support for the visual arts.

WSW provides rich experiences for artists attracting artists from around the world. Programs include Artist Grants, Residencies and Internships, and the Summer Art Institute workshop series. Public programs with a local audience include our Art-in-Education program "Hands-on Art", ArtFarm, and our community ceramics workshops.
