The Kuandu Residency Program aims to facilitate culture and art interchange among international artists/curators. It offers an opportunity for teachers and students of the Taipei National University of the Arts (TNUA) to learn from resident artists/curators as well as to establish a platform between the TNUA and the international arts communities.
The Kuandu Residency Program is affiliated with Kuandu Museum of Fine Arts located in the campus of Taipei National University of the Arts. This program is only for international artists/curators or Republic of China nationals residing abroad, who could satisfy the following conditions: (1)having devoted him/herself to professional art creation or curatorial research for at least three years. (2)interested in Kuandu Residency Program, and able to propose a practicable plan. (3) able to propose promotional or educational projects that correspond with his/her creation during the stay in KdMoFA. The residency duration is from two weeks to two months, depending on the content of the applicant’s proposal.
